When I first heard about eConcierge I did some checking to find out whether
paying for supplies from Xerox was going to make it worth while. Yes, it is a
great value and so much more!!! Being a small business it is important to weigh
the costs of keeping our equipment in top shape - and this service has helped me
keep overhead costs manageable and gives me piece of mind that the printer is
well protected. I have had to call in on-site service once, and was very
surprised at how prompt, efficient and courteous the technician was. The prices
of the ink, toner and other supplies are a tad higher - but the value of having
protection for my printer that normally would have cost me over $800/year can
not be compared.
