Orders and Delivery

Most orders are shipped UPS from one of our 50 plus nationwide warehouses and scheduled for delivery within 1-2 business days to locations throughout the continental United States. Orders totaling less than $70.00 are charged a flat delivery charge of $8.95. Orders totaling $70.00 and over ship for FREE by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Items that cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx, including some furniture items, oversize items and orders with large quantities may not be able to be delivered in this time frame due to shipping timelines and freight carrier availability.  We will contact you if your order will be delayed.

Total Time For Delivery

Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. In most cases, in stock products that are ordered before 2PM (your time zone) can be delivered the next business day to locations throughout the United States. The majority of our customers receive their order within 1-2 business days after placing their order. Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.

Order Tracking

At the time of shipment a UPS or FedEx tracking number is emailed to the email address on record for your account. This tracking number can be used to track the progress of your package as it is shipped to your location.

Payment | Credit Terms

We require payment by credit cards for those customers who have not established open credit terms. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you are a business representative and would like to apply for a business account please contact us at info@cncfederal.com or 866-826-8704.  In general, our customer service team can have the setup process completed within 2 business days after your application is complete.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CNC Federal reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. CNC Federal reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.  

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CNC Federal shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. CNC Federal shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CNC Federal shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
