I am a new customer to CNC Federal. How can I begin ordering?
To begin ordering select the "Guest
Login" link in the navigation bar above to access our ecommerce site. After
selecting the "Guest Login" link, browse for your items or enter descriptions or
part numbers in the search box to find the products you would like to
purchase. You can then proceed to the checkout and pay by credit card. You
can create your CNC Federal online account as you checkout of our online store
with your personal login and password.

After inquiring about a business account, how quickly can I start ordering?
If payment is by credit card you may begin to order immediately
and create your CNC Federal account during the checkout process. Otherwise our customer service team will begin the setup process and contact you within 2 business days.
How can I login?
You can login directly from the homepage of
CNC Federal. Select the
"My Account" link, and use the login and Password you
created during your first purchase from CNC Federal. If you haven't
purchased from us before create your account as you complete the checkout
process.
What if I forgot my password?
Select the "Forgot
password/login?" link under the My Account tab on the navigation bar.
Complete the form and we will respond with your password or account information.
How can I check on the status of my order?
At the time of shipment a UPS or FedEx tracking number is emailed to the email address on record for your account. This tracking number can be used to track the progress of your package as it is shipped to your location.

How do you handle Shipping & Returns?
CNC Federal strives to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. We gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Orders and Delivery
Orders placed by 2 PM (your time zone) are generally scheduled for
1-2 business day delivery by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Occasionally an item may not be available at one of our
warehouses in your local area. If this is the case we will ship the locally available items of your order to arrive
first and deliver the item(s) not available at our local warehouse separately.
Orders totaling less than $70.00 will be accessed a $8.95 shipping and handling
fee. Orders totaling $70.00 and over ship for FREE by FedEx Ground or UPS
Ground. Items that
cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx, including some furniture items, oversize items
and orders with large quantities may not be able to be delivered in this time
frame due to shipping timelines and freight carrier availability.
Credit Terms
Payment is due Net 30 from the date of invoice. Credit limits and terms are subject to CNC Federal credit requirements. Open credit terms require an account application, three industry trade references, and banking information. Corporate financial statements are required for higher credit limits.
Credit Card Orders
We require payment by credit cards for those customers who have not established open credit terms. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Discover, and Smart Pay cards (Government Purchase Card).
Hazardous and Oversized Materials
Additional charges may be incurred for shipping and handling of hazardous or oversized materials. Partial cartons of hazardous materials cannot be returned.
Special Orders and Furniture
Full credit will be issued on unassembled, in-stock furniture returns in new condition with original packaging within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns of special orders or non-stock furniture will be made at the option of CNC Federal and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to address your specific needs.
Defective Products
All defective products must be returned within the first 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. If needed, contact us for assistance in contacting the manufacturer.
Shortages
Please inform CNC Federal of any shortages as soon as possible. Shortage credits requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.
