At CNC Federal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, in accordance with our return policy.

How to Request a Return

We're here to help! To begin your return, please complete the Return Request Form below. This helps us issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide clear instructions for your return.

Return Process & Details

After submitting your request:

• Our team will respond promptly with an RA number and return instructions.
• Defective or damaged items will receive a prepaid UPS return label.
• For oversized or freight-shipped items, we will coordinate pickup at a convenient time.
• Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, a credit or replacement will be issued.

Important Notes for Large Item Returns

• Please inspect large deliveries before the driver leaves.
• If you notice damage to packaging or items, refuse delivery, note damage details on the receipt, and contact us immediately.
• For accepted returns of large items (not damaged during shipment), return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
• Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging and contents intact.

Additional Return Guidelines

• All returned products must be in re-sellable condition (original, unmarked, sealed packaging) unless defective.
• Defective product shipping costs will be refunded once the item is received and verified.
• Non-defective, dated goods (forms, batteries, ink/toner cartridges, etc.) require prior approval.
• Calendars are non-returnable after January 31st of the applicable year.
• Food, beverages, first aid, medical supplies, and opened janitorial products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
• CNC Federal will only accept returns for items purchased from CNC Federal.
• CNC Federal assumes no liability for damages resulting from product use.
