Order Status & Tracking
How can I check my order status?
You will receive a tracking number from UPS or FedEx via email once your order ships, allowing you to track delivery progress.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
In-stock items from local warehouses typically deliver within 1-2 business days. Items from regional or national centers may take longer based on inventory location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $70 ship free. Orders under $70 are charged an $8.95 delivery fee.
Are there additional fees for oversized items?
Some oversized, furniture, or bulk orders may incur additional freight charges. Contact us for a quote if you're unsure.
Returns & Credits
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
What if my item is defective?
Defective items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. After that, we can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims.
How are shortages handled?
Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for credit or replacement.
