Brand name printers and
high quality supplies
You don’t have to
compromise quality to enjoy the value. Our free color printers are
new, current models from leading manufacturers like Xerox. Supplies are made
by Media Sciences, the leading independent manufacturer of solid ink and
color toner cartridges for office printers. Media Science printer
consumables are all newly manufactured – no refilled or reused components –
and are covered by the best warranty in the industry.
How it works
CNC Federal's program
provides you with a free color printer, regular shipments of Media Sciences
printer supplies, and free technical service and support, all for the length of the
two-year program commitment. You’ll pay a fixed monthly price for supplies.
If you need additional supplies you can always buy additional supplies at
our low prices if you need them. At the end of the program commitment,
you’ll keep the printer at no additional charge. We currently offer
a
two-year free color printer program featuring the Xerox® Phaser®
8560/DN, Xerox® Phaser® 8560/DT and Xerox®
Phaser® 8560MFP/D, with additional printers to be added in the
near future.
