CNC Federal strives to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. We gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for the items you are returning. See below for the instructions on how to contact us for returns.

After your request we will contact you promptly with instructions on how to return your item to us. If a product is defective or damaged a prepaid UPS label will be sent to you to return the product to our warehouse. For large orders (non ups), we will contact you to set up a convenient time to pick up the item.
Important Notes About Large Items
As a precautionary measure, thoroughly inspect large item before the driver leaves. In rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. Please contact our customer service department and we will send you a replacement item or credit your account upon receipt of the damaged item at our warehouse.
We will deduct our standard shipping charges from your credit on large item returns. ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, and all its contents. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

Important Notes About All Returns:
• Unless defective, all returned products must be in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked, sealed retail package). • Shipping charges for defective products is refundable and a credit will be issued when the defective product is received in our warehouse. • Non-defective dated goods - forms, batteries, film, toner and ink cartridges, etc. are subject to approval and require a Return Authorization for credit. Calendars cannot be returned after January 31st of the year they correspond to. • For health and safety reasons, all food, beverages, first aid, and medical items cannot be returned. Janitorial or Sanitation products can only be returned if unopened or unaltered. • CNC Federal will only issue credit for items that were purchased from CNC Federal. • CNC Federal assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of any purchased products. • We will make every effort to be fair and reasonable in regard to your return.
